Ingredients :
•2 to 3 cups of self raising flour
•1 tspn salt
•1 to 2 table spoons of sugar
•2 eggs
•1/12 to 2 cups warm water that is enough to mix your dough
•dried or fresh chopped parsley
•1/4 cup grated carrot

Instructions :
1.Mix everything in a bowl properly - flour, sugar, salt,parsley,eggs, carrots and whisk everything together
2.Boil water in a pot
3.Use butter or cooking oil to grease either your casserole dish or steel cups/coffee mugs Then pour up to half your mixed dough..
4.Place your cups with mix inside the pot and close...
•Allow to cook for 30/40 minutes. Check using long pin or kebab stick and if it comes out dry then you know its cooked..
•Set aside to cool then hit bottom to take out your cooked steamed bread and slice it then serve with your favourite stew and salads
