**Ingredients**

- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)
- Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (for drizzling)
- Crushed graham crackers (for rimming the glass)
- Chocolate shavings or chips (optional, for garnish)

**Instructions**

1. **Make the Hot Cocoa Base**: In a saucepan, heat the whole milk and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot but not boiling.

2. **Add the Chocolate**: Once the milk mixture is heated, whisk in the semi-sweet chocolate chips (or cocoa powder) and sugar. Stir until completely dissolved and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon, and mix well.
